Pete and Reggie couldn't quite make up their minds whether they wanted to head-butt or cuddle:
I think the sun, mild temperature, and spring-like atmosphere had something to do with it.
The drenching Oregon rains have since returned, thereby quickly clearing up any confusion they might have been feeling.
:-)
Ah yes spring has strung, as we begin to shiver :D

This little video is priceless and could/should win awards, farmgirl! Those goat boys really wanted to play rough, but their brotherly love runs deeper. They are actually cuddling with their foreheads. You captured this sweet moment perfectly. I don't know if I should smile, giggle or cry a little. I just love your goat boys.
ReplyDeleteWhat does it mean for goats when they wag their tails? I noticed Reggie was wagging much more in the beginning, then Pete followed. Is it a sign of happiness? How could it not be.
Too cute! Enjoy your spring sunshine, my favourite season!
ReplyDeleteThat head butting thing sure looks painful and the sound it makes makes me cringe everytime.
ReplyDeleteDo you hang a "slippery when wet" sign on the bridge when it rains? Love the set up with the spools.
ReplyDeleteTell me about it! We had 80 degrees and tornadoes last weekend and today it's snowing!!!
ReplyDeleteIf only all 'battles' could be as fierce as Pete and Reggie's...
;-)
Is that plank nailed down? Do you like the boys with their beards or without?
ReplyDeleteOh, they are so cute!! I want goats so much. Love your cuties.
ReplyDeleteI <3 Pete and Reggie...
ReplyDeleteGotta love those little tails!
ReplyDeleteToo Cute!!
ReplyDeleteHaha. Not very energetic at all. I love your goats! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the little wagging tails... too cute!
ReplyDeleteLooks like they were playing King of the Hill. So cute!
ReplyDeleteI have two wethers too...twin brothers...Sam & Dave, who do the exact same thing...it must be brotherly love! Love your bridge between the two wheels!
ReplyDeleteToo cute, great job catching the action.
ReplyDeleteThose wagging tails are precious! How sweet these babies are. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the wiggling tails. So cute.

So...I'm thinking about adopting a llama from rescue. In your opinion, what should a llama newbie know before bringing one home?
