Getting a drink: Begging: Standing one-legged: Shy (and blue-eyed) Clyde: Rhubarb: Just-budding lilacs: Watch dog: Goats behind bars: The march to dinner: Sunset over the chicken coop: Pretty much a perfect day.
VERY pretty day..fabulous pictures..all of them look peaceful in there familiar surroundings..wish I was there to smell that lilac tree in full bloom:)
We had a beautifully sunny day yesterday, too. I spent it mostly doing chores, but it was nice to throw open the doors & windows and get some fresh air in the house.
Thanks for sharing images of Clyde. I am fond of that fellow. He looks like he's endured far more than anyone should ever have to. I would dearly love to give him a big, loving squeeze and kiss all over his poor, mistreated face.
that must be the day I missed in Oregon? THe one you refered too when you said I'd missed the good weather? I like ORegon in the mist and clouds too though. Looks like it was a nice day to be outside!
Looks like a gorgeous day Danni, So nice to be able to take time out and appreciate everything that is happening around you. Your place is lovely, full of life and I can see it must be very easy get quite distracted everyday... :)
I think that "The March to Dinner" is perfectly named. He looks like he is lumbering up the hill, taking his time, just staying on track. Great picture!
Wow. What a beautiful day. Great pictures, Danni. Your rhubarb is looking wonderful! Ours is coming in very nicely, but looks to be a couple of weeks or so behind yours. Bernie grins ear to ear every time he goes out to check on it :)
Such a nice day indeed! What variety is the "one legged" chicken? She's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWhoops . . . "she's" a "he?"

Love your cats. And the chicken standing on one leg - How can they get any rest like that? :)
