Wow! Did I miss something? Aren't you suppose to be taking care of animals on a farm in Oregon? I've been gone too much. I went back and read the last 4 or 5 posts and I'm so jealous I could cry. Wonderful,beautiful Ireland. You seem to be having the trip of your life. I'm so happy for you even if you suffer from car sickness. Keep eating those potato chips and keep the photos coming. I'm so happy for you...
Wish I were there, too!!!! How simply amazing! and there is cool weather, too. I hate hot weather (so why I live in AL is beyond me). Thanks for sharing the pics. So glad they are of local, off the path things and not all tourist destination things. Although some touristy stuff is fun, too! Can't wait to see more!

i know you were thrilled to meet those donkeys and the other animals. and how green it is and so beautiful. how interesting you were so close to Limerick just as i am reading about it.
oh you must be back from ireland! dd you have a wonderful trip? i miss ireland so much. i know what it is like to cook for an onion hater...my daughter's boyfriend! we hide onions in his food all the time. you could make the sliders without onions too!
