A heart-shaped nose

From the first day I met Dolly, this girl's heart-shaped nose has made me smile:

It's the very first thing I see when I look at her:

It doesn't matter what she's doing:

Who she's with:

What kind of weather she's in:

Or what her mood might be at the time:

I always see a big, soft, furry heart looking at me:

Dolly the love llama...

I know Valentine's Day is over, but she's like Rudolph with a twist, don't you think?

  1. Sooo much better than Rudolph, too. She's like Valentine's Day every day instead of once a year at Christmas.

  6. How cute is that! It gives a new spin to the saying "wearing your heart on your sleeve"!In llama land they wear it right on their noses!

I just want to hug her. Please give her a big Valentine hug from this old Farmlady.

  11. Awwww..I love Dolly. And her heart shaped nose....and her banana ears. Sigh....
And that 4th pic from the bottom?....the one in the snow....I love looking at the stark contrast in colors between Dolly and Kai. And Kai and the snow covered trees in the back. I just love it....
I sure do miss those girls.

  19. I have found my next subject! Llamas don't seem to be heritage animals, but maybe my next series will be charming characters. She's so sweet! Great shots Farmgirl!

  23. oh wow i've missed so much. how did i miss all this. well im here now so thats the good thing. admittedly the llamas nose is very cute but it does spit, the llama not the nose. animals that spit are kinda scary to me. i wouldn't turn your back on them.
