Sometimes he tugs, sometimes he just stands very, very still and holds on tight. Don't tell anyone, but this is the reason why I've requested a new hoodie (or two) for my birthday. Chester can hardly wait: I sure love this donkey.
Seriously, you're making my heart melt. Don calls hoodies woobies because you woobie cold without them. I can totally see why you love Chester. oh.my.gosh.
Hey country girl! Right? Glad to know I'm not the only one who could resist him! :-)
morningbrayfarm - Ohmygosh, this made me laugh out LOUD! I think I will need to start calling them "woobies" now, too!! I laugh just thinking that word. :-)
farmer jen - Ha! That's hilarious. But if *he* had a hoodie, would that mean that *I'd* have to chew on his, then? :-)
canyongirl - Me, too!! Who knew I'd grow up to be a donkey girl?! lol
melodie - ohmygosh, you crack me up! A hoodie habit! I guess he has one of those, doesn't he...though he does love his treats, too.
Hi 7msn, I will give Beau and Chet both kisses from you. And thanks for asking - Beau's feet are on the mend...we'll be having some frequent farrier visits for a while, but vet and farrier both are saying his feet should shape up fine. (phew!)
Hi ME! :-) I feel the same way - he just makes my heart go pitter pat! :-)
Hoods huh? I think Im destined for trouble with that guy. :-) I may have to add some of those to my tub. I seem to remember Pistol snacking on my sweatshirt all the time when I was there, too. Altho, it wasnt the hood it was the pockets....He grabbed right ahold of my pockets and yanked and pulled....sweet guy.
Hi Danni. I guess I'm the dissenting voice here-but allowing an animal-especially an equine-to be in the habit of putting its teeth on one or one's clothing has the potential for injury (even when the injury is accidental). Please be careful! Lisa
Maybe he can have your old hoodies? tee hee and then he can wear those and you can have your new ones, well till he chews them up ... recycling is good! tee hee
I especially like the first picture. I'd let him tug on my sweatshirts too!
